The Procession of Power - Sermo Humilis

Jesus Christ died for the atonement and forgiveness of sins. He was raised for our justification. He was exalted for our redemption, ascended into Heaven for our deliverance from the kingdom of darkness and into the Kingdom of Light – whose capital city is the New, Heavenly … [Read more...] about The Procession of Power

Drink - Sermo Humilis

Jesus is not with us in a visible or tangible way. This means that you can no longer approach Him on foot as you could when He was on the earth. How then should we understand His command to come and drink? When kind of thirst did Jesus have in mind? If any one thirst, let him … [Read more...] about Drink

Sacrifice

Sacrifice

If you want something, you are going to have to pay for it, or else pay later for having it. And you are going to pay for it in blood, sweat and tears. This is not something we want to hear. We want to hear about revival, rapture or a roll in the hay, not sacrifice. But sacrifice … [Read more...] about Sacrifice

A Hill to Die On - Sermo Humilis

The vaccine currently being forced on the world has been brought to market via a growing mountain of stolen flesh. The stolen flesh of unborn children. Jesus died on a hill for children like these and, for many Christians, knowing that they will arise joyfully with them at the … [Read more...] about A Hill to Die On

The Right Kind of Fright

The Right Kind of Fright - Sermo Humilis

Martin Luther once pointed out that the difference between the Devil and God was the point at which they frightened you. God frightens us in order to bring us to our senses, the Devil frightens us, having first numbed them. God affrights us upon our first encounter with … [Read more...] about The Right Kind of Fright

Thor's Oak

Around 723 AD, a missionary named Boniface entered Hesse in Germany. Upon finding a sacred tree named Thor’s Oak, he took an axe to it, cut it down and built a church. Many in the town, believing that the God of Boniface must be greater than Thor, left their paganism behind converted to Christianity.
