It's also the reason we need Him. I read somewhere recently that “If you love … [Read more...] about Lost and Found

Collision

Collision - Sermo Humilis

Our culture is headed for a collision, one that relates to the image of God. The faithful understand that an attack on the image of God is an attack on God - kinda like what happens when the grandkids visit, and one of them grabs a big black marker and draws a moustache on the … [Read more...] about Collision

Behind Enemy Lines

Would you have suspicions about the genuineness of someone's Christian faith if you heard that he was pulling a wage in 2023 from the Kremlin, or on the government payroll in the days when King Herod was slaughtering the sons of Israel (Matthew 2:16-18), or was serving as … [Read more...] about Behind Enemy Lines

The United States has always gotten a bang out of dividing it's people this way, so no real surprises there. But race-baiting throughout the western … [Read more...] about Black and White in a Grey World

This is why you are still able to get a fair trial from time to time, even when the magistrate doesn't have his bible open on the bench with a finger glued to Proverbs … [Read more...] about Crime and Punishment

Thor's Oak
